Holiday flats

Important information when renting a flat.

For bookings contact the tourist office for the list of flats and their contact phone numbers, or visit our internet site www.vanoi.it and look under flats/apartments.

Once you have found the flat that you would like to book you must make arrangements directly with the owner of the accommodation.

A deposit must be paid on confirming a booking, to be arranged with the owner.

When you have paid the deposit, the booking can be considered confirmed according to the agreement made between the owner and customer. Any special requirements must be made prior by the customer and accepted by the owner.

Arrivals: the customer must present the owner with a document of identification and declare details of all the people that will be occupying the flat.

The owner may ask for a further deposit to cover contents (usually € 150.00) that will be returned to the customer on departure after a quick control of the inventory.

The balance of the rented period, if no other agreement has been made, must be paid at the beginning of the stay when the key is handed over.

Anticipated departures: a customer who departs before the end of the established date of departure, of his own accord, has no right to claim refunds on the days not used.

Prices include: stay in a furnished flat with full cooking facilities, pillows and blankets, general service expenses. Not included in price unless otherwise agreed: heating expenses, electricity (for lighting and hot water), gas, end of stay cleaning and household linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, table cloths, tea cloths) which must be provided by the customer.
